I don't know if there's really any universal optimal settings. I guess just whatever works better for you. I have the recovery table set to .98 for everything above 3000 rpm i think (apparantly the max you can enter is 1). That seemed to put back the timing much quicker than the stock setting (.7xx something). For the fast attack table I think I just decreased most of the entries by like .2. Wasn't sure how much to take out there.
