Tune on the Fly Tunercat???

Some one told me that Tunercat made a Prom or something for our Lt1 cars that cost around 250.00 or so that lets you tune your car as you are driving it.

I am not talking about the standard Tunercat either, this is supposed to be Tune on the Fly.

Is this ture?
Does someone have any more info on it, like price, whats needed, what comes with it and when it will be on the market..etc?

Thx,
Claude
