Tried to Link to my cars PCM- Getting a "LOCKED" message???

Ok, i bought my 94z with most of the work done to it. ie- cam, computer tuning, slp cai, and hooker LT's.

Now, - i want to hook my lap top up to it and monitor right- well here is wtf happened.

I hook it up, and used pcmprogrammer.exe to read my pcm- this gave me a

RCVD: ( a bunch of data numbers) then at the end it said " Items skipped 1,000: Locked=0 Data recieved=0 "

and like i cant get my car to even flash a code 12 if i jump the a&b terminals on the Diag. port under the dash....

Anyone know how i can " Unlock" my ecm???

Also- PCM communicator tells me it has communications errors with my ECM and cannot connect.......

Thanks,
Jeff

You can't flash codes on 94 and later PCMs by shorting the terminals. I don't know anything about the programs you are using but I have heard that some tuners lock the PCM when they tune it.
