TPS minimum voltage

This was posted on the thirdgen board:

How does 60mv translate into a 0.13sec decrease in ET?

Re: TPS minimum voltage

the TPS signal incremet fuel in car, on time a person told me that he can buy for me a 1.5 v TPS and my car was going to run better, but i didn't trust, so I don't pay for that, but maybe it's true.
