Tip in throttle is always lean

I have noticed lately throttle response isnt as snappy as it used to be. After taking some logs today I could clearly see the reason why. It appears every time I tip in the throttle more than say 20% the motor will go lean for that instant and then return to normal. Problem is I know if no way to adjust for this in tunercat. Anybody else dealed with this and how was it solved?

Maybe your MAF is dirty. Do you have a K&N? Are the fuel trims high?

Cleaned the MAF a couple of weeks ago and its completely stock. Yes I have a K&N and fuel trims are 124-128.
