Is there any OBDII cable available to reprogram PCM?

I want to make my own software for reprogramming...

I have checked the bb-elec cable and they do not support block transfers which are needed to reprogram a GM OBDII PCM..

The cable does support 4x and 1x when needed but does not support the block programming. I contacted them and they told me that they wouldn't do the firmware update to support this type of transfer...

Does anyone know about any other cable that can do all theese functions???

Thanks

I don't believe there are any off the shelf cables out there ready to do what we need...

There's a lot of great cable reading on the pcm forum, http://pcm.dxsoftware.com/forum/

A few people are working on home-brew cables as well.
