I need to find some sort of file besides the stock file to run with my car, until i get it programmed. i am running stock heads with 2.00/1.56" valves and a "race" valvejob. i have the xe230/236 cam and 1.6 promags along with a csi waterpump and factory t.b. and intake manifold. i can't find a 230/236 file to run so i want to know is it ok if i run a pro-tuned cc306 file for a while until i can get my car to the dyno? please help guys

Try it and see how it runs. It'll be closer to what you need than the stock program is.

 

so it wont hurt anything if i run the 306 program with a different cam? i just don't want to screw anything up!
