Stall wall

I need to get my pcm tuned, to get ride of my stall wall problem, everthing is good with the tune besides the stall wall, I have a cable and labtop i just need to find someone i can email the tunes to that can fix this, ANYONE? I tryed geting a hold of madz28.com where i got my mail order tune from but he hasnt got back to me and i need this ASAP.thanks kyle

If you have TunerCat, go into the ECM Constants table and scroll to "Vss Diagnostic Enable Min" and change the rpm value to on that is above your converter stall value. Worked for me! There is actually a few threads discussing this problem.
Hope this works for ya.

Well madz28.com sent me a fix but he didnt change the vss min rpm table he changed shift table it was set to shift 1-2 and 28mph and he has it set at 1mph, but it seems to work does this sound right?

Some do others don't.

This means that your car now shifts off of rpm rather than speed. check the hot/kickdown rpm threshold values. I bet they are higher than the previous settings.

I usually change the vss in the constant tables as well. But hey if it cleared the problem up than that's all that is needed.

well just tryed it again and same problem still!! hit rev 1-2 shift then loses 1-4 , till you shut off the car then its good again.

What version of Tunercat? 2.11 has it.

I have an M6 car but I took a look in tunercats and that table is there. If you are using the trial version it comes with the $42 definition file. I looked at a test bin with that definition file and didn't see the "Vss Diagnostic Enable Min" table. You'll have to buy the $EE definition file for $20 to be able to use tunercat with your car. I think you have to buy tunercats before they'll sell you the $EE definition file, I could be wrong about that though.
