I got into my car this morning and I heard this clicking as if I had my turn signal on, but i didnt, and my turn signals dont work now. the noise never turns off as long as the car is on. Also while I was driving around my speedometer started jumping at about 75 mph. I dont know what would cause all of this to happen . if you have any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
