Someone to look at Datamaster file

Can someone have a look at a few datalog files for me PLEASE???? Heres my setup

383 fully forged stroker
190 AFR heads with port work
P600B blower with 15lb pulley
BB Custom cam
58 MM TB
42lb injectors
Walbro 255 in-tank pump
Procharger in-line pump
MSD distributor
MSD Coil
MSD 6AL
MSD BTM

Im sure theres more but i can't think straight.

Heres my problem: Car idles good and drives good once warmed up, lots of cam surge when cold. When the car warms up and i step on it upto 5500RPM, theres like a mystery rev limiter and the A/F guage goes lean. with the car idling in the garage i have had it upto 6500RPM with no lean sign or mystery limiter.

Can someone please have a look and let me know what they think and why?
I don't know how to post the files but i can email them to you if you leave your email address or PM with it.

there are file hosting sites out there you can host them on for free. You will get a much quicker/better response if you do that so people can look at them at their leisure between work and reply rather than sending emails to get them

sounds like a fuel pressure issue.im not to up on the procharger, but the system adds extra fuel in relation to the amount of boost?is it adding enough fuel? also a lean condition is bad for all cars, esp. ones with boost so dont beat on it or even drive it untill you get this fixed.wouldnt want to melt a piston.

I have installed an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and set to 43.5 psi, i also have dual walbro intank pumps. The second one turns on when 2psi of boost is reached. Ive watched the fuel pressure guage and it holds good throughout the RPM range and jumps up a little when the second one turns on so i have fixed the droping fuel pressure issue

I could not DL the datamaster file. It says the link expired. But I am guessing that your injectors are to small. A 383 with a blower, I am betting that your injector DC is over 100%. Revving it up won't do anything, it has to be under load.

I have just got myself into the same situation. I have 42's and have to go to 60's.

If you fix the link I'll take a look for you.

I haven't seen my duty cycle on the injectors go above 85%

Do you have a 2-Bar map sensor? Otherwise your idle vaccumm is way to low. I can see about 11 inches w/ 2-Bar calibration, & about 4 inches if you somehow still use OEM map sensor.

You have the ugly split BLM issue, and they are maxed out, even on short-term BLM's.

Driver Side: LTerm BLM of 160, 02 sensor does not cycle above 500mv. Super rich below 3000, Super Lean above.

Passenger Side: LTerm BLM of 108, 02 does not cycle below or above the 500mv range. This one is all over the place, you are rich and ideal, but super Lean for sure above 3000 rpm.

How is your tune, it is either way off, or you probably have random dead pistons.

OEM MAP Sensor....

I have no idea on the tune, i had a chip burned from madz28 and another one from pcmforless....Alvin has the datalog and going to get back to me when he gets a chance to look at it.

My spark plugs are all black...

does your fuel pressure reg add fuel proportianal to the amout of boost?is there a vac line going to your fuel pressure reg?also i dont see how a stock map would work at all,but some of this stuff is over my head.

its just an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, its not a boost referenced one. I think the stock MAP is suposed to be good to 14 psi boost and a 2 bar is good to 20 psi but don't quote me on that....Alvin got back to me this morning and said he needs to tweak the tune a little which is all good.
