Shift Soleniod Enable/Disable?

Shift Soleniod Enable/Disable?
hey guys, im in the process of tunning. I noticed that the only soleniods that are enabled are:
Shift Soleniod A-1st Gear/4th Gear
Shift Soleniod B-1st/2nd Gear
My question is do i have them all enabled or which ones or leave it how it is?
I had the tranny rebuilt so my guess is all the soleniods are new (unless they ripped me off) Thanks alot guys
