Hi all,

Just drove around for about an hour or so and did some playing with the scanmaster... I wanted to check my spark timing as I would like to add a 100 or 150 shot of nitrous...

My Spark Time @ WOT was 28 ...

With this Spark Time...would you think it would be safe for a 100 to 150 shot or should more tuning be performed...

If I keep a close eye on Spark Timing, Knock, and Air/Fuel Ratio I should be ok... Correct?

Looking for some info on Wide Open Throttle values that are looked upon as good for 100-150 shot of nitrous...

I would ask this question in the N2O section.

 

I belive its 2* per 50 shot, 4* per 100 shot.

 

Yah thats right 2 deg. for every 50 hp of NOS...

 

Thats pretty darn conservative.. although i don't know what your compressions like. You should be fine

 

Just try it. If you experience knock, let me know and I can help you remove some timing with TunerCat. I'm also in the Raleigh area.
