Same heads, same cam, now a 383??

Anyone go from a heads/cam car to a heads/cam stroker car? I've changed very little except the CR ratio is now 11.4:1 and the displacement is 33 cubic inches more. I can tune for fuel, pretty easy but what about timing? How do more cubes effect timing?
