Running out of fuel..but shouldnt...

having problems supplying enough fuel to my pos.....
here is my fuel system...dual walbros, stock lines, low independance 72lbs injectors, verasfueller, fuel pressure at 39-40 at idle, 44 or so with the vacume off......
car should be makin over 700rwhp.....

With the injectors programed as 70lbs my AFR look liked ****..goin into mid 13s by 6200 rpm, the duty cycle was only 77-80%.....

set the PCM to 66 and it helped a lot...
here is what i am at right now

4800rpm------11.03 AFR
5200rpm------11.75
5600rpm------12.42
6000rpm------12.86

i am at 86% duty cycle at 6200rpms.

my PE table is maxed out from 5200 on at 49.6.
i also changed the Coolant vs aFR at wot table to be at 30 at the opertating temperature.....it didnt seem to help at all .
Why do i need to keep on bumping the injectors down so much?! How come my duty cycle isnt higher..arrr

How come i cant get enough fuel here? what might be holding me back?!

It is my understanding that generally fuel injectors do not work reliably above 80% duty cycle. Maybe yours do, I don't know.

However, sounds like you haven't maxxed out your injectors yet - if moving down to 66lbs in the PCM helped it out. It sounds like the PCM isn't calculating the duty cycle correctly. There's a table called Injector Offset Vs. Battery Voltage. The values in this table are going to be correct for stock injectors, but aftermarket injectors, it's sure to be off.

Try populating this table with the values provided from the makers of your fuel injectors and see if setting it back to 70lbs shows improvement.

Good luck
