Rich on cold start? LT1 editor

I have a stock PCM and the LT-1 editor.

42#SVO injectors with injector constant set to 47#

On the morning cold start, temperature is about freezing or below, it is very rich, floods it as a matter of fact, so then I have to give it some throttle to get it going and then play with it for a bit untill the idle cleans up.

I want to get rid of that initial shot of fuel.

Is the Open loop AFR vs load vs coolant temp where I go to do this ... kinda looks like it to me, but better to ask first.

thx for any help
