rev limiter issues

i have a 4l60e,2400 stall with the transgo shift kit,billit power servo,b&m master kit,beast sun shell housing,stock motor,4.10 gear.i also use tunercats

my problem is this;
after getting my trans rebuiltand installing the 2400 stall,but before i installed the 4.10 every once and a while my kickdown shifts would hit the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift.after installing the 4.10 the all the kickdown shifts hit the rev limiter BAD 1-4 shift.i tried adjusting the kickdown shift mph down to 33 mph on the 1st, 2nd to 70 mph and it still wont shift. my rpm threshold is 5350 for 1-2 shift and 5450 on the 3-4 and 5350 on the 3-4 shift.i raised my rev limiter to 6200, and it didnt help i also reaised my vss shift diag to 3700,but im thinking about craking it all the way up,would a vss diag problem effect anything but the 1-2?.my shift times are left at the stock points. i can email my tune file to sombody or post settings if needed,just let me know what questions you guys have about my tune.any help would be great.thanks

dan

Your initial problem is not with the shift point but with your gear settings. Get your pcm flashed with the correct gear setting and you should be ok. If you still have the same problem lower the mph to 1,58,98,0,57,97 in the hot kickdown mode. Then set the desired rpm shift points in the hot kickdown rpm threshhold tables. Set the VSS to 3000 and everything should be good.
