Reset air bag system after DERM replacement?

I had the dealership scan my air bag system because the light has been on for years and enough is enough. They reported a code 62, bad DERM module (on passenger side behind glove box). I just bought one off ebay for $40 (dealer wanted $1,100 for a new one) and was wondering if I have to take it back to the dealer after I install it to get the system reset or anything like that.

Figure I'll give some closure to this thread. The answer is no. After you install a new DERM module, it will work. It is plug n' play. If the light is still on after you hook it up, that is a bad module too. My first two were DOA, the third finally worked.
