Will an after market remote entry system over ride the PASSII theft deterent system the way the factory remote entry does?

 

The keyless entry and passkey systems are not connected to each other in any way (aside from power and ground). Your keyless entry (factory) just unlocks/locks the doors. If your trying to put a remote start on your vehicle then someone needs to install a resistor in the pass key harness to trick the passkey system.
