Question about stock car w/ 60# inj. and open loop

so, Im tuning an LT1 that was previously FI, and is now all motor with some lovely 60# injectors and no o2 sensors.

I know i will have to lock out the closed loop by maxing it out, so thats not a big issue
I can keep the MAF on it, but will I have to change anything?

Now, for the 60# injectors, i know i need to change the injector constant. The car right now still has the FI tune in it from PCM4less, so i was looking at reading that, and pulling the injector constants over.

Anything else that i'll need?

I will throw a wideband on it to check AFR since it'll be open loop only, but anything else im missing?

If you get the right injector settings you should be all set... other things to check for... Cam info is a big what if in this post.. I would do this in this order:

1) backup the current file, dont lose it. Make two copies.

2) if car runs ok, then second most important item is TIMING. If your cam is same as PCM4Less setup the tune with, then stick with the tune and simply add some WOT timing and your basically done assuming it ran good. Setting up everything but WOT timing is the most time intensive/hardest part.

3) Odds are if your cam is also changed since the FI PCM4Less cam then timing is also off... now since it's not FI im assuming the cam is wilder... your going to have to compare stock vs PCM4Less timing vs MAP values and basically "forcast" what changes need to be made.

4) I was a MAF guy until my motor went beyond the MAF's flow capabilities, then I realised it's a huge PITA, and realized it's dumb and useless really once you step 1cfm outside of it's limit. If you have a somewhat healthy motor that doesnt have a cam grinding itself to pieces, SD is the way to go. Instant throttle response, more specific fueling, bla bla bla

Good luck
