PCM programming - suggested settings?

I am going to have my PCM programmed to recalabrate speedo for new gears (just simple settings, not a full blown custom tune). While I am having it reprogrammed, I am going to have the fan turn on for a new 160 degree thermostat, turn off skip shift, remove speed limiter, and delete torque management. I am considering raising the rev limiter if it is safe to do so, what is safe on a stock ls1?

Slp sells a traction control reversal module that turn off ASR until you turn it on. Can you do this through the PCM?

What other PCM programming changes should I consider?
