Does anyone have a link to a page that shows how to do this? Also, if you replace the flash chip do you just load the .bin file that you want to run in the car?

You have to burn a new chip, or take it to the dealer, you can't load a program onto a computer that doesn't know how to "speak."

There is a possible repair kit, but as for actual repair I dont know what PN chip to use. Search for repair kit in the LT1 forum.
