Pass-Key & Key Bypass (shoebox's Diagrams)

We try to put an LT1 into another car, but we have some problems. Everything looks okay, but when we try to start the engine, injectors don't work. I think its because VATS right? The problem is there is no Vats module, so its impossible to do bypass trick. What can we do to solve this problem?

Second thing, here it says its needed 2.5 volts:

But in other diagram it says 5 volts:

Should we use 5 or 2.5 volts ?

Thank you

A bypass module is not the resistor trick. It is a little box that simulates the modulated ground from the TDM (or BCM). You can find them on Ebay (example). Anyone that uses the PCM with an LT1 and transplants it into another car has to do this or have the computer reprogrammed.
