P1115, What is it?

My 96 T/A is throwing this code, and I can't figure it out. It is P1115. Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor circuit intermittent high voltage. I have traced the wire back from the ECT to the computer, and stuck an ohm meter on it, and it is getting a connection from end to end. The sensor has maybe 300 miles on it. The car didn't start running rich/ throwing this code until I put it in, could it be bad?
