This is related to OBD 2, but I haven't been able to dig up any solid info searching.
I have a superchips programmer for my suburban, and I wanted to do programming on my Grand Prix, and I was wondering if I can use the cable from the superchips on my laptop. I have read that there is supposed to be something in between the cable and laptop, but I haven't been able to find out what it is.
Also, what type of software can I use? the previous owner said that he had it programmed, but whoever did was not knowledgeable, and I would like to either go back to stock, or at the very least fix what they butchered.
