I bought a 95 PCM with LT1 Edit from a fbody guy.

1. What do I need to do to make this PCM work properly with my 96 ODB2 car?

2. I went to install LT1 Edit on my computer and the cab file was looking for a LT1_ed3.cab file. I only received LT1_ed1 & ed2 files. Can someone send me this file or this the file that locks it to the PCM??
