ODB1 or 2 Plug

I've got a 95 Z28. I have a laptop and want to venture into the area of data logging and tuning, but I'm not sure which cable I need. I thought I remembered reading somewhere a while ago that the 95's have an ODB2 connector, even with an ODB1 computer. Is there any truth to this? The sticker under the hood indicates that I have ODB1. Here's a picture of the connector located under the dash.

Is this connector an ODB1 or ODB2 plug?

Thanks,
Joe
