OBD2 LT1 edit question
I have an OBD2 LT1 edit set that I want to buy from another board member. He has the software, cable, and PCM. Can I just put this PCM in my car and go? Is it locked to his PCM or just his car's VIN.

It's locked to the PCM through the module.
It will all work but your car VIN will not match the one on the PCM which is only important if you have to pass an OBD II emissions scan.
