Moates.net I have the ostrich and a bunch of other stuff i bought to do them. After getting thousands of dollars invested in equipment and programs my computer took a total crap and i lost everything. After reloading the computer and using my external hard drive to reload. A virus took everything out again. I can tell you it is a very steep learning curve and hard to do but you can do a ton of vehicles. The cost of investment to do 1 vehicle i would have to recommend updating to a newer computer system. Do some searching and u will find great alternatives

You need a $50 eeprom writer from ebay and some appropriate eeprom chips (not eprom) which are like $5 each from ebay. And don't forget the tuning software (Tunercats) and a interface cable (from AKM cables) for datalogging (which is basically required). So you're probably looking at around $350-$400 and a hell of alot of time.
