what are some good scanners that will scan obd1 and 2 for most vehicles and can test the different sensors for the correct voltages/counts. cheaper the better as long as it can do that and work on most cars.

I do have a lap top and im willing to get a program that will do all that if that would be a cheaper route or if i could get more out of that for the same money.

also i would like obd1 but if its that much more money to get one that does both i can do without it.

 

Look up Actron and Autoxray. They have various scan tools that can handle OBDI and II. Some come with cables that allow you to scan the '95. Bear in mind that some do not have enhanced scanning abilities. And some are able to be updated via download.

BTW, Actron and Autoxray are owned by the same company.
