No if you still have your OBD2 PCM.
If you have an OBD1, you can use a piece of it in conjunction with the "HPP" cable www.akmcables.com sells.
If you have an OBD1, you can use a piece of it in conjunction with the "HPP" cable www.akmcables.com sells.
