Engine cranks good, but never tries to fire.

Computer is showing no codes

Fuel pressure is at 40 psi at the rail

Test light on fuel injectors is pulsing

Ran OPTI test from shoebox website...all checks good

Timing light hooked to #1 spark plug wire showing spark

Could it still be the OPTI????

Thanks!

If input air is OK (previous post) Even if timing lite kicks off it could be spark is not strong enough (weak coil). After cranking can you pull a plug, see if it's wet (make sure injectors are really spraying fuel). Can you smell gas at the exhaust (flooding). You could also ground the plug threads and see if it actually throws a spark when cranking **try not to ignite any fuel/vapors or zap yourself. Or you could just get ICM and coil tested.. Also I assume you have correct compression AKA: the timing chain is OK.
