Newbie to the edits. Just got a laptop...

Hello Everyone..

I just picked up an old IBM Thinkpad 390e from a friend..

I want to get LT1 EDIT and do my own programming

What is needed to make this happen ?

Where can I get LT1edit, I've herd alot about it, but never seen it first hand..

Is this a good program or is there a better one? Is it freeware? Easy to learn ?

What kind of cable do I need ? How much is it gonna run me ?

Thanks in Advance for the help !
