I have just finished rebuilding my 94 LT1 and now I am beginning the process of tuning it, and I'm not really sure what I should be adjusting or looking at to get it to work with the cam.

The rebuild specs are as fallows:
11:1 compression
CC503 cam installed strait-up
1.6 rockers (giving 537In 544EX lift)
10308 spring kit
Electric water pump
Custom intake
modified Flowcrap headers
34lb injectors

I took it for a quick spin on the tune from before the rebuild and have the data logs. The tune already had the injectors, and the WOT vs. RPM table had been modified, it still had stock MAF cali., VE tables, timing, etc.

First start and idle
Short drive around the block. Has a bunch of data errors in middle, I'm not sure why.

I know that the one O2 sensor isn't responding, I think I just forgot to plug it in.
For the low res MAF I believe it is just dirty or was set from idling with the PCV line off.

Get the the other o2 working so we can see what she's doing in closed loop.

 

Well I replaced the driver side O2 and got it working only to find that the passanger side one is pretty useless aswell. I should have a good datalog tomarrow. Also, a new battery took care of the code 16.

 

Ok, got a good datalog with both O2s working properly.
Here it is.

I just took it a couple exits up the interstate and back.
