Now that I got some traction and the weather is nice and cool I keep hitting the 2-3 shift rev limter.

I wanna keep my 6100 RPM shift point. What do I do? Lower the MPH, or raise the 2-3 rev limiter?

What if anything have you done on your tranny? Be sure your shift request is 300 ot 400 lower then rev limit.

 

Tranny is stock except for the shift kit and tranny cooler. I think I may have my WOT MPH set too high, the rev limiter(atleast what I think it is in the program is 500 RPM higher than the shift RPM) This has only happened since I raised the RPM and MPH. I heard it takes longer for the 2-3 shift to happen than any other shift. Is this true?

Where is rev limiter by the way? Anyone know?

 

That sort of thing happened to me, was bouncing off the rev limiter with the stock mph settings. I set the shift speeds down by 2 mph.

Works just fine now.
