Need Help Fast!!!!!!!

Ok, here is the deal. I have a dyno tune date set for the 9th, took me 3.5 weeks to get, now I need lt1 edit for them to tune my car. LT1 edit would be nice, but http://www.akmcables.com...the guy that sells the cables is out until the 7th. I really need to find an alternative to lt1 edit of find another cable that will work for lt1 edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What about tuner cayt?? Is that the same as lt1 edit?

search ebay under obd1, they sell those cables for $40 + $10 shipping, and the shipping is supposed to be fast.

I am guessing that you need the same cable for lt1 edit that u need for tunercat, you still gotta connect the laptop to the pcm.

Do they not have in-house equipment to tune with? I've never actually been to a dyno, so I don't know how they operate really. I've got a loosely scheduled appointment for the 12th to dyno mine.

unfortuantely they dont have the lt1 edit software, but they have the cable. In order for me to get the lt1 edit software, I will need to scan my pcm and record a file to the hard drive....then send the file so I guess they will lock the vin into the software so it cant be used on another car. kinda gay...

See my reply in your other thread about this. While it might seem "kinda gay" at first there are reasons why it's done in this manner

This guy has over 80 cables available. If you bid you have to wait till the auction ends. if you click buy it now, and make the payment, he will ship the next day (tahts his claim, and he has good feedback)
