Need help with codes 32 and 42 1988 camaro

Can anyone tell me what these codes mean and what should i check. It's a 1988 z28 camaro 5.7 injectors.
I am not a mechanic or know what to do.

Sounds like a bad egr valve and its causing excessive spark knock. Time for a tune up and carbon clean. maybe even a new EGR valve. After the other two are done first...

whats the best way to do carbon clean?
how do i check the egr to see if its working good?
