Question need a/f help PLEASE

Well, I finally got around to getting another dyno done after fixing a couple of things on the car. The first thing was putting in the LT4 Knock Module in. I also had been hearing a "ticking" at startup over the last month or so, and when I finally got a chance to check it this past weekend I discovered a couple of loose exhaust manifold bolts on the driver's side. I did a run on the road the day before taking it to the dyno which is run1, and then logged it on the dyno pull as well.

Here are the csv log files
4th gear, open road:

4th gear dyno run:
http://www.lt1.net/dyno2.csv

Here's the dyno w/ A/F ratio, which is right at 12:1
It's bone stock with just ECM tuning from madwolf and an LT4 knock module:

Now, you'll notice the run on the street is leaner than the dyno run when looking at the O2s, and I'm attributing this to the ram air intake on the car. My question is, considering it's running 12:1 on the dyno, how much leaner can I go with it and be safe. Or should I just be happy and leave it where it is. I also noticed that the left side O2 is leaner than the right side, so I'm betting I may still have a slight leak on the driver's side exhaust manifold. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, as another reference point, the car now gets 18MPG on a combined hwy/city route that my Z06 got about 19-20 on. It seems a little low to me as this is about 60-70% highway driving. I get right at 225-250 miles on a tank until it is almost completely empty. Is this reasonable, or would leaning it out a little more help some?

When your on the dyno you'll find wierd things.. I've seen cars pull harder in the 13.5 range. But for sure you want to get it in the upper 12's.
