Need Auto (((HELP)))

Selling the car 94 LT1 A4 everything is back to stock BUT there is 3.73 gears in the car still, the shifting hangs a bit(normal driving) ...is there a way to fix this

If the computer is not programmed for the gear change, it is not going to shift correctly. Shifts are based on TPS and MPH. The gear change throws off the MPH side of the calculation.

Yes i no, what changes to the tranny table do i need to do to get it to drive nice...

Well, you can get a stock PCM file and copy the all the tranny tables. Or, if everything's back to stock like you say, just flash it with a stock file.
