I've been e-mailing MadZ28 for a custom tune with no sucess? What do I do, I need a setup tune for my procharger install? BTW: I have the unl. e-mail tuning.

 

You just have to be patient. Sometimes it takes Ion a little while to get back to you. I have had to wait up to a week in the past. i have to same package you have with the unlimited updates.

Holidays, he goes to school, etc...he's a great guy to deal with - helped me out a TON - TON - when I needed my first tune.

Well waiting a month is a bit long and not good for customer service. I am going to need a tune for my head/cam swap and need quick turn around. Might have to leave Ion off the list if it takes that long.

 

lets not get jumpy, or insult him or anything, let me see if I can call him and see whats going on. So Don't count him off, he still does good tunes.

 

I'm going about the same setup as you but I have an automatic. Interested to hear how the tune works out. I have the unlimited email also. Takes him a little while sometimes but he always comes through with what I need. Did you send a PM?

 

maby he is home for the college break? Heck i'd be taking a break from tuning if i was him...

I'm sorry about the huge delay guys. My hard drive started acting funky a few weeks ago, but I did not have time to buy another one and backup/replace because I was busy with final work for college (I've graduated since). The hard drive failed and I lost all the information on it. I will be replying to all emails I have recieved ever since, but if anyone doesn't hear from me, please email me again and I will reply ASAP.
Once again, sorry about everything. All orders that have been placed on the website or mailed to me have been shipped out, so it's only the email that I have to catch up on.
