madz28.com VS PCMforLess.com

who should i go with and why?
i was thinking of going with pcms for less but dont like using paypal! so i was reading about madz28.com
I have to make a decision on one of these guys in the next few days :0(
Madz has better pricing . . . but PCM has all this magazine credibility!

Check out the LS1 section, this SAME thing was just asked there yesterday. Basically the result was, go with whichever one you want to.. they're both about the same. I read somewhere (But have no hard, personal evidence) that speedinc.com is better. Nothing is going to be as good as a regular dyno tune, though.

I did PCMforless, but, I don't think it really matters who you go with. You'll get great results with either of them.

I'll let you guys know who is better in a couple weeks, as I have a PCM4LESS and a MADz28 tune on two seperate PCM's, with the same exact order info. It runs better on the PCM4LESS, and Bryan's customer service was much better. JMO though, can't wait to see the power differences on the dyno.

I went with PCMForLess and was very satified with it. He even threw in the $25 adaptor for free. (I had ordered it as send in your chip and get it tuned. He sent the memory adaptor and my chip back to me). Sure it was an accident, but it's still kinda handy.

I always tell people to flip a coin. Both a very good tuners. I personally went with Madz28 because he is local, a little cheaper, and there was good feedback regarding him.

Actually, and someone correct me if I'm mistaken, I believe Bryan from PCMforless does the actual programming for Trifecta.

Yes, PCMFORLESS (Bryan) writes the programs for us. However, I have spoken to MadZ28 (MadTuner) and he said he'd consider selling his programs to our customers on a case-by-case basis.

In theory, we can use anybody's programs who offers "email" tuning, or calibration files via email.
