M6 or a4 tune?

I did a tunercat tune a few years back, but cant remember if it was for the a4 or M6. Ive had both trannys in the car and dont know which one this tune was for. Is there anyway to tell by looking at the tune. Thanks Eric L

I thought they were the same and the M6 car will just ignore the tranny tables.

I didn't think those are controlled by the pcm.

Skip shift is controlled by the PCM and there is a switch to turn it off in the tune as well as some parameters affecting when it is activated. Reverse lockout is also controlled by the PCM but I haven't seen an adjustment for the speed threshold or a switch to turn it off. You can always manipulate the solenoids however you want like if you want to shift into reverse while going 50mph or something.

A4 and M6 tunes are not the same. Check the speedometer calibration in the tools menu. If the pulses per driveshaft rev is 17 it is an m6 if it is 40 it is for an auto. You can also check the same thing in the constants table.
