Kind of hard without the air/fuel on a dyno run. Have you already programmed for the gears?

dropping exhaust backpressure may cause you some low speed high gear "Check engine" codes. May want to disable the egr codes to eliminate the annoyance. I had problems with 6th gear and 60mph throwing a code, edited out.

Yeah, with a dyno table you can fine tune the PE table to get the A/F at WOT tighter and may yield some hp. Also with some knock data you may be able to tune your timing some.

without those data,
You can program your fan to come on earlier couple with a colder thermostat to help your car run cooler. But remember way to cold may not be good. I will try to keep your temp around 185-190, no lower than 180.

You can also increase your rev limit as well. Maybe change your idle rpm if you want to. Turn off your cat back 02 check and light if you have off-road piping.
