Low voltage issue

Low voltage issue
ANy one know the voltage requirment for the OBD1 CPU
Had left the bottle heater on
ANd when we went to start the car It did one of those weerr____________weerr brummmm
before it fired.
Then when we got lined up to race it fell on its face when I floored it on the trans brake (like it always does after we disco the battery).
I know the CPU has to refigure all the BLM stuff after a reset (usually takes 2-3 passes) but I'm thinking how could this be a low voltage prob when the car still started
