Lots of tuning problems :(
Lots of tuning problems :(
So this is my situation...
I have a 383 with a XE236/242 cam and LE2 heads. The car has a brand new delco MAF and at idle the car will not register any readings on the O2s. They hang at .015 and .004 at idle and force the BLMs to max at 255 (I set them there because I didnt want anything to get screwed up). At cruise they are alright and not far off. I also have the exhaust dumped at the y-pipe.
The car will barely idle until it goes into closed loop and dumps more fuel into it. It just wants to die. Maybe I have the wrong injector constant (i bought some FMO "30# injectors" and they have a red top) but I am not sure. The guy I bought them from is an honest guy, but honest guys make mistakes.
The car also pulls out alot of knock retard all across the board. I have an LT4KM.
The car pulls strong besides the KR and the crappy idle. I throw some intermittent codes like a 41 and 83 and something about EST grounded, but I have to double check on that.
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Lots of tuning problems :(
83#-TCC Feedback fault...which means, its your Torque Converter Control solenoid. 95-newer A4's have them(i think) The EST grounded(code 42) means theres a short/ground, in your Ignition Control...I had both of those come up before also..Check your grounds/connections on your ICM, and try to clear the PCM...If it comes back, then I dont know what to say, heh.
