I've got a friend with a swap. He's using a '730 ECM from a speed density L98. When I connect I'm seeing a VATS failure = no fuel.

He's using TunerPro to tune. When viewing the .bin file we've disabled the VATS switch as well as DTC 46. I'm thinking there's something wrong with the .ecu file he's using to tune with. I'm hoping someone with Tunercat could send me a stock file, with the VATS turned off to confirm.

If anyone can help me out it'd be much appreciated.
