I am TOTALLY new to this and have no clue on anyting. I have seen people hooking there labtop up top there car and monitoring it or something. What is this, how can i do it, and what do i need. Sorry to post here not knowing jack, im just looking for some answeers.

 

i'm not sure about the v6 but you'll need a laptop(duh), cable (do a search for akm cables) and some loging software. Do a search, you'll find a lot of stuff.
