Keyless entry transmitter, VATS etc.

I plan to install a 94 Z28 LT1 into a 95 Firebird that was formerly a 3.4 v6 with a few buddies as a project. I was wondering once the new pcm is installed what kinda of issues with the VATS (pass key II) I'll have to work out. I plan to just send the PCM to madz28 before finishing it up and I figured I could just ask him to get rid of my VATS for me while he's at it, but I was also wondering if I"d have any issues with my keyless entry receiver once the pcm is in the car, and if so what could I do about it? And if you know of any other electrical or programming issues I may encounter along the way please feel free to give input and advice on the issue. Thanks in advance

From what I have read, once the ECM has VATS disabled, it doesn't care either way if the key has a resistor on it or not. There are also some bypass modules on the net if it does pose a problem.

The keyless entry is not tied to the computer, so you should have no problems with it.
