just how different is tunercat than lt1 edit? need to know best bang quick!

i have a pcmforless tune wich is great by the way thanks bryan. i need the tunercat or lt1 edit for the tuning on the dyno i think the car has got more in her anyways its an obd1 conv. so with that in mind is one better than the other i mean are they the same as far as dyno tunig? cause the part throttle driving is pretty good other than a little cam surge but i dont even care about that so wich is it i need to order !!! thanks

Tunercat is cheaper and its not VIN locked to 1 PCM.. those are my reasons for going with TC. As far as functionality I have heard(cant say for sure) they both do essentially the same thing. I cant image more flexability then TC already has either and it will allow you to tune on the dyno.
