i have a 1996 firebird forluma.

added the lt4 hot cam kit, some ported heads and some headers stall and gears and other small stuff.

i also got new pushrods and lifters

the car runs and everythign fine, but at idle, it smokes out alot and the mechanic said that the injectors stay open, he put a noid light and the light blinks and blinks, he said he could be a result of programming, i have my doubts, but since he deals more with carb'd cars, anyways, can someone give me ideas? is it really tunning? he said the car pulls hard while rolling, but at a stop sign, the car smokes and he said the injectors stay open and shot gas.

What color is the smoke, blue, thick black and stinks? If an injector was stuck open it would idle real bad and take a lot to clear out. You should retorq the intake manifold, perhaps the intake bolts got loose and you are sucking oil into the intake.
