Sorry but I wouldn't spend time and money with programmers.
HP tuners has scanner + editing capabilities, you can also go with Atap and Edit (as I did).
I know: it costs, you need a laptop, you have to learn how they work... but sooner or later you will need to scan the PCM, or to modify something in your tuning.
I also went with a programmer (Hypertech), then a MAFT. If they are not in the garbage right now it's just because they remember me to think twice before I buy something
